Corporate Governance

The main strategy for Awilco LNG is to create shareholder value through the provision of a quality, reliable and customer oriented service to the market, in the best manner for its shareholders, employees and business connections.

Awilco LNG strives to protect and enhance shareholder equity through openness, integrity and equal shareholder treatment, and sound corporate governance is a key element in the basis of the Awilco LNG strategy.

Awilco LNG’s code of conduct – values and ethics forms an important foundation for Awilco LNG’s corporate governance and demands high ethical standards, in which focus on safety and integrity are key factors. The Company has continuous focus on making sure that the corporate values are practiced in the Company’s everyday life.

The Norwegian Transparency Act, Annual report

Awilco LNG ASA with subsidiaries, together the Awilco LNG Group, shall conduct due diligence in accordance with the Transparency Act each year and publish a report on the assessments and findings.

The purpose of the Transparency Act is to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

This report comprises the company's duty to account for the due diligence assessments conducted by the company until the publication of this report in June 2023. In the report, the company also describes the measures that have been assessed and implemented to reduce the risk of adverse impact the company's activities may have on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
